To learn more, visit The Position : We are looking for a Client Operations Manager in our London office! Purpose of the Position: The Client Operations Manager's (COM) primary responsibility is to support and manage the technology for our client's day-to-day program operations. The COM acts as the advocate and Beeline liaison for assigned client base. * Strategic planning and communication. * Detailed client understanding and cross-functional relationship management. * Key metrics management and tracking (SLA's, MBO's). * Regular customer communications and opportunity identification. Responsibilities: * Accountable for the vision and execution of the operational roadmap to promote program growth and operational efficiencies * Build and maintain effective connections with clients and partners to ensure positive working relationships * Serves as an expert on their client's program and how they utilize the Beeline technology to support their strategic program vision * Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client and partner needs on an ongoing basis * Works closely with Client Relationship Manager to understand and support strategic vision for program * Collaborates with Client Services SMEs to execute the operational tasks in order to achieve program objectives on time and with high quality * Assist Product Support Specialists with escalated client support issues. * Interface with key development staff and other product management team members to complete solution design or other custom materials as needed. * Plan and lead regular meetings with program team to discuss present and future issues/updates * Monitor reports for any issues and convey concerns to management * Participate in client lifecycle initial stages to influence key implementation decisions * Perform client visits when necessary to promote and foster positive Beeline relationship * Communicate recommended changes for technology improvement to clients * Occasional Travel Requirements: * Ability to speak German or Dutch would be an asset but not mandatory * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills * Breadth to solve end-to-end problems for our customers and deliver on-target solutions * Proven track record of successfully working across departments * Leadership skills to manage a team and influence internal and external stakeholders * Beeline market, product, and competitive expertise a plus Desired Competencies: * Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment; * Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long term strategy of the business; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work autonomously; * Attention to detail / detail oriented.
