Data Analyst, Reward We're hiring! McLagan are currently recruiting a Data Analyst, Reward to join our team in London.This role will be responsible for the development and execution of consulting projects and annual compensation studies. This role will work with various segments of the financial services industry, including Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Retail Banking and associated Infrastructure areas. About the Role As a Data Analyst some of your key responsibilities will involve: Data collection and in depth analysis of client compensation (salary and bonus) levels. Market research and competitor analysis. Assistingon projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to business strategy. Create and support the technical, statistical and graphical content of consulting projects and compensation studies. The implementation and interpretation of compensation surveys. Project and process management. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you You skills and qualifications will ideally include: Degree qualified in a numerate discipline. Proven and accurate analytical skills. Experience with data analysis and a range of modelling techniques. Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written. Advanced Excel skills is a prerequisite. Experience of carrying out data analysis and the use of modelling techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to progress into a client facing role in the medium term.
