OPS Group Description: The EMEA Investment Management Operations Team provides Middle and Back Office Operations functions for the EMEA region's client-base. These functions are delivered by a mixture of internal AllianceBernstein Operations professionals and offshore partners. OPS Job Description: The Client Servicing Team is primarily responsible for the processing of all transition activity (account openings, closures, transfers and custodian changes) for the EMEA client base. The team also provide direct client servicing for all operational related queries. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual who is willing to challenge themselves and play a key role in Client Servicing. The role involves interacting with internal and external teams on a regular basis and would suit a candidate with excellent communication skills. The role is very varied which gives an ideal opportunity for the role holder to develop themselves and build an excellent working knowledge of the wider business. The Client Servicing Analyst role necessitates constant emphasis on attention to detail and adherence to deadlines but also requires an ability to ensure prompt and appropriate response to a broad range of enquiries from internal and external clients. This position reports to the Head of Client Servicing. Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports: The role uses the following key applications at AB: + ACE + BOSS + BTS + SNAP + PMS + Salesforce It supports the internal Client Group and External Clients directly. The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Primary Functions: + Project manage/ coordinate all operational aspects of account openings, closings, transfers, and any other type of account transition with external and internal parties. + Build relationships with internal and external contacts to better understand and complete transition requirements. + Confirm critical information with custodian for account set up, conversion, and asset movements. + Update internal systems with key transition/client data with respect to each transition in agreed format to ensure consistency and integrity of data. + Complete transition checklists and ensure timely completion of all required tasks. + Ensure timely response to customer queries on operational issues and provide effective resolution/facilitation of issues within the established service standards. + Adhere to SLA's as defined within the Client Servicing procedures. Secondary Functions: + Build and maintain a working knowledge of AllianceBernstein' s operational services + Continuously strive to identify and input into process improvements + Participate in Operational Risk initiatives as required. + Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
