Position Description Summary: SEI's Asset Management Distribution (AMD) Team provides customized strategic partnerships that enable open architecture investment solutions aligned to end-investors' goals. AMD supports leading financial service intermediaries across the globe, primarily in North America, Europe and Asia, and creates a distinct end-client offering by implementing a goals-based advice framework combining SEI's behavioral finance approach with the firm's proprietary advice platform. Supporting AMD's non-North American markets, the primary responsibilities for the Marketing Strategist will consist of acting as the main liaison between the market units and the global marketing enablement groups and external vendor partners. As such this role will involve project management (development of creative briefs, creative services value chain oversight, concept presentations, daily project initiation and management), translation processes, vendor facilitation, integrated marketing campaign planning and oversight of marketing projects from conception to completion. This role will work closely with the AMD Marketing teams and other internal teams, in London and in Oaks, PA to ensure that all projects are completed accurately, on time and consistent with the units' sales and marketing strategies and market unit objectives. The Project Strategist will guide all projects through each phase of development, providing regular updates to the team requestor, until final. This position reports to the AMD Global Marketing Director and is based in London. What you'll do: * Assist in analysis of campaign results to make recommendations to marketing team for future marketing campaigns and to sales to help focus their activities * Prioritize projects with internal teams and external vendors * Assess sales requests and accurately prioritize work to deliver exceptional customer experience * Create and manage daily/weekly project development schedules, monitor project timelines and scheduling to ensure on-time completion and maintain ongoing marketing calendar * Oversee campaign logistics, proactively thinking through all required deliverables and present the project lead with recommended action plans for facilitating seamless execution * Perform copyediting and proofreading functions while marketing collateral is being laid out and formatted * Work alongside Legal and Compliance to ensure that all marketing materials are approved (in multiple languages) before distribution, appropriate to target audience and all work is consistent with the current sales and marketing strategy, corporate brand guidelines, budgets, etc. * Perform various functions to assist in ongoing and ad hoc client communication process and execution, provide support for client events and other strategic initiates including assisting Sales and Solutions teams in updating/creating PowerPoint presentations, microsites, collateral, etc., often under tight deadlines * * Position Requirements What you'll bring to the table: * Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), ideally in marketing or business-related major; MBA and/or post-graduate certificates a plus * Demonstrable professional experience in marketing or product management, preferably in financial services * Proven track record of developing marketing/communication project outlines and translating them into meaningful briefs for others to follow * Demonstrated ability to successfully work within a collaborative project planning process and influence others to achieve necessary results * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Attributes we value: * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills * Self-motivated with an ability to work well on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision SEI is an equal opportunities employer and so much more...
