Our services are delivered in a way which supports the global nature of our firm and our clients, enables our fee earners to deliver exceptional service to our clients and to do that in a way which is efficient and effective. Our Centre in Manchester is the first site to be established in the emerging Freshfields Global operating model. Our aspiration is to establish further sites in the US and Asia-Pacific in the coming years. Function Overview Managing relationships with clients effectively and winning new business are critical to our firm. We need experienced business-to-business marketing and operations professionals with a deep understanding of the requirements of leading international clients. You will be part of an international team. Roles in the Freshfields Global Centre (Europe) will have specific responsibility for managing the systems, processes and information that underpin our client relationship management and business development activities. You can expect considerable scope to demonstrate your imagination. It's also important that you bring meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach. The ability to work with stakeholders remotely as well as a passion for improvement is key to being successful within our team . Role summary/purpose of job The CRM system underpins the management of the firm's client contacts and other contacts, such as Alumni, for the purposes of marketing and relationship management. The Global CRM & Marketing Support team is responsible for CRM system data quality and ensuring that marketing campaigns, event invitations and other content mailings are managed smoothly through the system. Key duties include supporting our German and English spoken colleagues with: CRM system support: * Key contributor to delivery of the support services for the CRM system in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs; * Data quality management queue process; * Delivery of processes as agreed with the client and compliance in using and adhering to the agreed processes; and * Collection of collation of data in relation to all SLAs and KPIs. CRM Data quality - correct, standardise and verify data stored within the CRM system and custom-built environments: * Profiling - inspect data for errors, inconsistencies, redundancies and incomplete information; * Cleansing - de-duplication and verification of information; * Monitoring - check and control data integrity over time * Data Augmentation - enhance data using information from multiple data sources including liaising with Executive Assistants to ensure the latest information is available in the CRM system. Data Protection - ensure Global data protection policies are followed to ensure firm wide compliance
