Job Description

We need a compassionate Field Care Supervisor to support our management team, helping to deliver outstanding care and support in South London; Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Bexley and Bromley. Vida is a CQC Good rated agency, using technology to support our Carers to provide high-quality care and support our clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes for longer. Vida Supervisors will need to be confident at using technology, with a keen sense of duty and a focus on accurate reporting. Field Care Supervisors at all levels of experience will be considered, but we positively encourage applications from those who have previously worked done this or a similar role. We Offer * Salary: Competitive depending on experience + mileage, with bank holiday pay enhancement and regular salary / performance reviews * Job Type: Full-time * Approximately 70:30 split between field care work and office/remote admin work * Field care work includes: * Assessing clients needs - varying from personal to complex care * Supporting clients in emergencies * On-boarding new clients * Training Carers * Office/Admin work includes: * Writing care plans, reviews and supervisions * Assisting with recruitment and sales process * Attending company meetings and socials in Head Office in Shoreditch * Flexible schedule that works around you * Advanced training, personal and professional development and the chance to develop skills in specialist areas * Paid DBS * Sick pay and holiday pay * NI and PAYE paid * Pension * Mobile phone and laptop/tablet computer Requirements for Field Care Supervisor Essential: * Several years experience as a Carer * Positive, can do attitude * Empathy and compassion * Dependability * Good level of spoken and written English * Right to work in the UK * Own your own smartphone (Android or iPhone) Desirable: * Full UK driving licence and own Car/Motorcycle * Experience as Field Care Supervisor * Enhanced DBS on the update service
