Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 depending on experience Industry: Childcare Sector: Nursery Job ID: 32062 Do you have the passion and skill set to help shape the growing minds of pre-school children...? If so, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner/Early Years Teacher within the BS23 area to join an excellent nursery team and to work alongside the room leader and the early years teacher, to deliver exceptional childcare and to build secure foundations for lifelong learning. You will be become an integral part of the team with a good sense of responsibility and have a sense of ownership. You would be a cohesive team player and understand fully, that you are there to see children as individuals, allowing them to progress. Training and development are key elements to this role, you should possess an enthusiasm to learn new things, combined with a passion and dedication for working in the Early Years. Particular qualities required are experience working with Pre-School aged children. This is a 45 hour week full-time Practitioner opportunity working with the age group 3 years+ What are we looking for? * Experience with working with Pre-School aged children * Be able to work alongside the room leader/ early years teacher * Carry out meaningful observations via Tapestry * Have an understanding of In The Moment Planning would be desirable but not essential * Be able to enhance Parent Partnership at any opportunity * To build strong relationships with children and their families and also to work strongly within a team to deliver high quality childcare * Be a true and trusted practitioner to take children on a journey from start to end * Level 3 qualified * Experienced Nursery Practitioner/Early Years Teacher * Passion for the role * Stable career history For an initial confidential conversation contact us today!
