Technical Customer Service Manager - Textiles

Do you have experience of spinning fibre into yarn...? If you have technical experience in textile production and you're an expert in fibre, join a global supplier to the textile industry based in Grimsby. About You * You must have plenty of experience with fibre and fibre spinning . * A technical textile expert, who understands short staple spinning, dyeing and finishing. * Any other forms of spinning knowledge (e.g. worsted and traditional woollen spinning) would be a huge bonus. * You'll be great with national and international customers, and passionate about the textile industry. * Able to negotiate with primary, secondary and tertiary customers. * Happy to make business-wide recommendations to improve processes and departments. * You'll be happy to travel extensively worldwide About the Job * You'll be providing customer service to their key clients, as well as other accounts. * You'll need deep knowledge of all their textile products and technical information. * Work with the sales teams, textile machinery and chemicals to make sure your clients are happy. * You'll also work with production, operations and research teams to develop new textile products. * Do what it takes to continually improve service delivery to customers.
