Job Description
Our client Inc. is a national, boutique financial valuation, exit planning and consulting services company specializing in business valuations for investment purposes, such as exit planning, sale of a business, partner buyout, ESOP compliance, IP valuations to tax related purposes, such as a company structure conversion, potential capital gains tax, estate and gift tax compliance, IRC §409A compliance, purchase price allocations; to divorce, shareholder disputes and bankruptcy. Our client is seeking a candidate for a Financial Analyst position. This position will be accountable for the following responsibilities: * Reviewing and analyzing tax returns and financial statements. * Imputing financial data into a valuation model. * Reviewing and analyzing market comparisons and imputing the applicable data into the valuation model. * Imputing industry trends and analyzing data from company specific financial data against the industry trends to determine how well the company is performing.
