In this role of Commis Chef, you will join a Brigade working in the kitchen allowing you to work closely with the Head Chef who will spend time training you in order to progress your own knowledge in the kitchen. You'll be methodical and have high expectations of yourself and others. You'll demonstrate your passion by taking pride in your work, delivering on your promises and doing the simple things brilliantly. Ideal Candidate * Demonstrate a real passion for cooking * Have previous experience in a similar environment * Fantastic knowledge, understanding and use of Health and Safety procedures * Self-motivated with a great work ethic * Have sound knowledge of food hygiene and H&S legislation * You will have qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Responsibilities * Working together with the team to deliver a flawless service * Using fresh ingredients to make good quality food with a wow factor * Always implement Health & Safety legislation and COSHH * Cooking and preparation of high-quality meals for potentially large volumes of customers So, if you're an experienced Commis chef, or looking to get in to a kitchen brigade, this could be the next step in your career, please apply to today.
