Dedicated specialist sector teams mirror the firm's research sector coverage. Responsibilities include: * Developing marketing presentations with appropriate research and data analytics * Preparing financial and valuation models * Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation * Project management and execution of transactions including IPO's, secondary fundraisings and M&A * Day to day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments * Supporting other members of the team as necessary, with analysis, research and due diligence Person Specification * Recent grad with up to 18 months relevant experience - exposure to Equity Capital Markets preferred * Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) from top university * Excellent communication skills * Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills * Demonstrable drive and determination
