Job Description We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Head of Retail/Modern Trade, International lies within the International Zone. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Head of Go to Market and Exports, International . This Position reaches all international markets (Direct, Indirect, Hybrid and Exports), and comprehends channels and sub-channels in Retail (Global, National, Regional Key Accounts / Convenience Stores, Small Format Stores, Clubs and Channels Stores) in which KHC desire to play. Primary Objectives & Responsibilities: * Responsible for defining the strategy, processes, management of Modern Trade Channel Internationally * Create the guidelines on managing relationships with retailers (external rituals and routines) * Define standards for Joint Business Plans to put in place with retailers: roll out, train and influence BUs to put in place * Define prioritization of countries and customers * Provide support to the management of cross-BU customers * Analyze discount and allowances, define D&A strategy by country and customer * Create tools to assess: market segmentation, how to structure (format and size) sales team, Sales structure Budget * Responsible for creation of Commercial and GTM playbooks * Unlock Growth Contribution: NSV and CMA for Modern Trade Channel based on market potential * Define together with CFO, BU President and MD, the list of markets to approach and support as well as the main targets for each of the markets. * Define way of working with each market. External Support (Consulting) vs Internal Support (KCH Team) * Supervising the local team adherence to project * Setting up the optimum structure in each market to efficiently manage the Indirect Channel. * Setting up, designing and developing processes, tools and systems on the Efficient Way of Managing Clients from the Indirect Channel (Distributor Partners and Wholesalers). Qualifications : * Bachelor degree is required * Experience in Commercial /Sales Execution /Route to Market in consumer goods companies from 8 years * Experienced Manager with at least 6 years of managing people * Strategic thinking & ability to manage international &v cross-functional team effectively * Project management and numerical skills * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to partner with the business * High level of analytical capability * Strong communication & presentations skills * Fluent English mandatory Location(s)London - The Shard
