The opportunity that awaits you: A well-established company within the fuel and retail industry requires a self-motivated, results-driven and ambitious individual to build and manage a fuel station with forecourt (including convenience store, bakery, car wash and / or quick-service restaurant). While relying on the expertise, training programs and operational support from the company, a productive win-win working relationship will be built on trust, co-operation, dedication and teamwork - in short, a true business partnership, which will lead to the financial rewards for both parties. Your key responsibilities: * Management of the business with operating margins that are affected by a multitude of factors such as oil prices, labour costs, exchange rates and regulations, to mention a few. * Adherence to individual standards for methods of operation, service levels, management, profitability and continuous training of staff. * Financial management and profitability of the site including purchasing of required fuel, stock, etc, managing monthly cashflow, preparing bank reconciliations and reporting to head office. * Reporting on store performance, building strategic partners with customers, surrounding community, banks and fuel provider. * Manage the marketing and promotions and site planning. Our required expertise: * Have experience in successfully operating a business or possess the credentials supporting their interest and ability to learn. * Ability to make an equity investment into the business financed through the company.
