Job Description About the Position We are looking for a Head of Mergers & Acquisitions International to join our team in London. Reporting to the CFO International, the Head of M&A International will be a key contributor to the delivery of KHC's zone growth strategy through acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and strategic partnerships. Successful candidates will have 10+ years' work experience, a strong background in corporate finance and thrive in small, agile team environments. Detailed Responsibilities * Responsible for managing end to end processes and coordinating advisors and third parties to ensure the value creation plan is completed * Originating and evaluating acquisition targets * Developing internal relationship with various corporate functions and regional management teams * Managing International zone M&A projects: * Coordinating external advisors and internal deal team * Reviewing marketing materials such as IMs, teasers, etc. * Conducting market, industry and competitor analysis * Building and maintaining valuation models * Assisting with due diligence, negotiation, and structuring * Preparing materials for the leadership team and board of directors * Planning for post-acquisition value creation Requirements * 8-10 years of work history with strong experience in M&A processes * Top investment bank or boutique advisory firm experience; private equity; management consulting or top-tier corporate * Strategic acumen; ability to think strategically on a global basis and identify opportunities that will complement the company's strategy * Technical Mergers and Acquisitions Skills * Project management skills, ability to anticipate issues, overcome obstacles and marshal internal and external resources, where necessary, in order to move transaction processes forward * Ability to work with CEO's of both large and small companies * Maturity and confidence to work with the most senior executives in the organization *Please note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position * High levels of energy, intelligence, and integrity * Resourceful, result-orientated team player with strong EQ * Well-organized, mature, and positive * Excellent analytical and communication skills * Fluency in English; foreign language a plus What we offer you * An ambitious employer; we only want to the best for you; * A fast career track like only few other companies can match; * A competitive salary and excellent bonus structure (above market); * Permanent contract; for we believe in doi
