Job Description
PMO Analyst Birmingham Up to £30,000 per annum Digital Skills are working in conjunction with a leading Financial Services client, based in Birmingham. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation, with their technology stack and working environment. As part of this transformation, the client is looking for a PMO Analyst who will provide PMO functions and services which will have a considerable impact on the effectiveness of the Change programs and deliveries. You will help lead with the management of projects as well as to delegate tasks to team members. You will provide coaching and mentoring services to ensure standards are maintained at all times. You will be required to produce risk reports and project plans as well as deliver excellent outcomes. Skills & Experience * Experience in supporting best practice PMO functions and services. * Strong Excel MI reporting skills using either power pivot, lookups or VBA. * Understanding and use of Microsoft Office and exposure to SharePoint. * Experience in using Portfolio Management tools. * Experience in supporting process change and understanding of process improvement models. * Knowledge of Risk Management processes, Benefits Realisation planning and monitoring. * Able to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Managers/Analysts. * With a constantly changing environment, you will need to be able to embrace new technologies and influence other parts of the business to adopt * Ideally, you will be either Prince2 or P30 certified.
