Overview

PMO Director, Hard FM and Construction Based anywhere as long as able to visit Gloucester 3 or 4 times a month and London one or twice a week as required Salary £70k to £90k plus car allowance, bonus and benefits Our clients, a Global FM/Construction player, are looking for a resilient, forward thinking PMO Director with knowledge and experience of delivering concept to delivery projects. Reporting to the Managing Director: Excellent stakeholder and communications skills Sound knowledge of building services H&S compliance and regulations Leadership and gravitas Strategic planning Innovation and creativity Finance & commerciality Managing the PMO office Project impact Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline Lean qualification a must Ideally with a construction related professional qualification / accreditation. The ideal candidate will come from FM or construction and may be called Head of Projects, Projects Director, Head of PMO or Project Lead, PMO Lead or similar currently.
