Job Description
Requirements Job Description: * As a User Experience (UX) leader, you help define and drive the future of Noon Academy design. You will identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of whats possible. As the Head of UX at Noon, You will possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design. * You will work closely with the founding team to grasp concepts and convert them to designs, leading end to end experience of the user with a heavy emphasis on design principles. * Define the overall UX strategy and vision for our digital client experience across all channels, aligned with our broader business strategy. Work with different stakeholders on how we optimize our content today and also influence an entire industry to create better storytelling tools for the future. * Ensure delivery of high quality UX and UI across multiple projects at any given time, providing oversight and guidance while empowering senior team members. Oversee the entire UX process from concept to prototyping to execution and QA. * Influence and mentor across the organization, focusing on coaching and developing product managers, engineers and creative team on UX best practices. Recruit, hire, lead and mentor top digital UX designers, UI designers, and user researchers. * Develop product mission and strategy and build a strong user focused culture. Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices. Candidate Requirement: * Minimum 10 years of work experience as a UX leader with atleast 3 years in leading and managing a high performing geographically distributed remote team. Prior experience of Social Networking platform/E - learning/E -Commerce and mobile design principles, information architecture and user-centered design is highly desirable. * Hands-on experience and proven track record in creating inhouse or client-focused UX that solves complex design problems providing impact to clients and the business. Strong knowledge in all digital mediums as well as expertise in brand identity and UX/UI. Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, smartphone). * Strong managerial skills, with a track record of hiring and developing strong individual contributor UX and UI designers & researchers. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to train people, bring them along on the journey and create an atmosphere of inclusion.
