Requisition ID :35281 Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our Fragrance Ingredients team in Haverhill, Suffolk. Reporting into the EHS Compliance Manager; you will be responsible for managing the daily need for permits. Responsibilities include: * Ensure regulatory compliance, safety and quality of all Mechanical Maintenance activities * Meeting key site and department compliance metrics * Managing Ageing Plant and Asset Integrity program (including determining equipment fit for service) * Manage equipment criticality and reliability programs to meet business/regulatory demands. * Assist Site Engineering on Plant/process modifications and projects to increase productivity. * Preparation and completion of Permits to Work for Maintenance tasks across site. * Participate and provide expert advice in sites HAZID/HAZOP activities Job Requirements * Degree in engineering: Mechanical, Chemical Engineering * Project management & Continuous Improvement, Six sigma/lean manufacturing experience * Good Communication skills throughout all levels of organization * Experience in chemical manufacturing industry, to include distillation theory and practice. * TOP Tier COMAH Site experience * Risk Assessment expertise We are IFF.
