Our second innovation: Elvie Pump, the worlds first silent wearable breast pump, is making it possible for new mothers to pump anytime, anywhere. Elvie Pump has received international praise, including being listed as one of Times 100 best inventions in 2019 and wearable design of the design of the year at the Dezeen Awards. As a business, Elvie has received more than 30 awards, including being named as one of 15 startups To Watch by The Sunday Times, ranked as the 6th fastest growing business in the UK by SyndicateRoom in 2019. Tania Boler has recently been rated as the 8th most influential person shaping British technology in 2019 by Business Insider and both products have been featured in the Oscar Nominee Gift Bags. In April 2019, Elvie announced a $42 million Series B from IPGL, Octopus Ventures and Impact Ventures, bringing the total raised thus far to over $50 million. Our Series B represented the largest ever fundraise in Femtech. We stay authentic and embrace our differences What will you do? We are looking for an experienced Global Head of Brand to lead Elvie through the next stage of growth globally. Since the launch of pump in October 2018 on the London Fashion Week catwalk, Elvie pump has disrupted the existing category and assumed the number 1 position in both UK and US. You would partner and report directly to the global marketing director and lead global strategy across both existing and future New Product Development (NPD), brand positioning, lead the global commercial strategy, partner with product/ NPD team to continually refine our product strategy and define future product concepts. This role would be highly entrepreneurial and play a key role in shaping and growing the future direction of the commercial brand team. This person must be comfortable with a high growth, start- up environment balancing moving and adapting quickly with putting the right processes in place to ensure we are set up for future success. Youll have the freedom to apply your initiative, expertise and experience to help us drive our business. The role * Own brand positioning, USPs, pricing and GTM strategies for all future products * Build and lead the global commercial strategy for all categories (new and existing) working in partnership with the marketing director * Partner with product/NPD team to continually refine product strategies to ensure they are set up for commercial success * Work with NPD and product teams to define future product concepts * Build the annual global marketing plan for the category working in partnership with marketing leads across US, Europe and China * Work in partnership with the Creative team to define the full communications mix for each product launch across all channels messaging/ media guidance and campaign development * Build the global forecast for all products in partnership with local market teams, operations and finance. * Build the team from the
