About this opportunity Our clients M&E team has a rapidly expanding profile and continues to succeed securing prominent national frameworks. Projects are spread across both the private and public sectors with many other blue-chip clients. As a result, there are opportunities to progress quickly within a vibrant and successful team environment. You will be actively involved in assisting in the delivery of the following services: * Design services for projects up to £10m in value * Working within team environment * Engineering calculations * Preparation of specifications and drawings * Evaluation of contractor's design proposals * Quality monitoring / site installation inspections * Condition Surveys and strategic life cycle appraisals. Working with a diverse range of clients - retail, education, commercial, leisure and health, for example - you will have the opportunity to be part of the team on a number of exciting projects. Our client is looking to recruit enthusiastic Engineers who are degree qualified and Chartered, or actively working towards this. You should be capable of undertaking energy modelling using IES, TAS or similar and competent with calculation software and AutoCAD/Revit. You will have experience working in a similar surveying / design consultancy practice, but candidates with experience with Building Services contractors will be considered. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus enthusiasm and ambition.
