If yes, then read on! Intelligent Change is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee growth, budgets, hiring, and business operations. Head of Ops responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the companys strategy, managing the team, and implementing global and local policies. Infusing operational excellence into every vertical of the business, your role is to ensure that the right organization and processes are in place to grow Intelligent Change to be a global leader in lifestyle publishing and media. To be successful in this role, you should be confident in your operations and analytical abilities to lead the business to its next stage of growth. Bonus points if you have implemented Traction (EOS) and speak the language of Scaling Up. You are a growth-oriented and thoughtful leader that grows by helping other people set and achieve their goals. Requirements What youll need * A positive mindset - Seeing inefficiencies and challenges as possibilities for greatness * Proven experience as a Head of Operations or similar manager role * Strong analytical ability * Experience in planning and budgeting * Excellent communication skills * Outstanding organisational and leadership skills * Problem-solving aptitude * General knowledge within different business verticals (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) * Experience from the design industry or adjacent creative industry is highly meritorious Benefits Why join us?
