Account Manager Plymouth 20k - 23k DOE This is a brilliant opportunity to work within one of the region's fastest growing IT companies that are now on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join the team. As Account Manager, it'll be your responsibility to ensure that clients are happy and getting the very best service available. Building relationships with new and well established clients, you will always be on hand to help. The Role You will be the point of contact for a range of accounts in different industries across Devon and Cornwall. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these accounts are happy from both a technical and customer experience point of view. While this isn't a sales position, you will also be expected to work closely with the Business Development Team to identify any potential opportunities within your accounts. The role is predominantly office based. However, you will get out and about to visit clients where appropriate or to attend networking events across Devon and Cornwall. The Person The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is enthusiastic, has a keen interest in technology and has a good background in account management. Full training in the products and services will of course be provided but a willingness to learn and an enthusiastic customer service style should shine through .Having the right attitude and approach to business is crucial. You will provide an authentic, approachable service and deliver an exceptional experience that goes above and beyond. Your aim should be to create long-lasting relationships with clients and make a positive difference to their business. A full driving licence is required as you will have the opportunity to go out and meet clients face to face and get involved at networking events to consistently build upon the relationships you have created.
