Job Description

Lead Maintenance Electrician Canary Wharf My client is currently seeking a lead maintenance electrician based in Canary Wharf. You will be electrically qualified with city and guilds, nvq or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition, as well as having a proven track record in maintenance, and good communication skills and leadership skills. Sector: Commercial and Domestic Maintenance. High End. Duties will include looking after a number of high-end residential apartment in Canary Wharf. You will look after all the electrical and mechanical maintenance on high rise apartments, bms and plant. You will be working with the client and tenants on a day to day basis, covering all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance. Dealing with any technical issues that the engineers cannot solve, report's back to manager, working with sub-contractors, general paperwork. Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.
