Mission This role has been created to join our Award winning, efficient and dedicated Service Team in supporting Munters' existing and future customer base from Munters office in Wyboston. It is an exciting opportunity for you to establish and develop yourself in a leading global fast-growing business that has a focus on quality and sustainability. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be an integral part of the team in supporting to develop new and existing prospects with customers, working on targeted campaigns to grow our international customer base and support the Service Sales Team in executing sales strategies. Key Activities & Accountabilities * Manage lead generation and qualification of business opportunities * Identify new customers and grow Munters customer base * Proactively promote targeted campaigns of Munters products and services to NEW and EXISTING customers * Provide internal sales support by managing Engineer quotation leads * Maintain and generate good customer relationships through effective communication * Build a close, collaborative working relationship with other internal functions including field Service sales and engineering teams * Support the closing of new business including sales administrative tasks Skills, Abilities & Education * Good general education * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven track record * Experience in a similar Sales and Administrative role: * * Previous sales experience, generating sales leads * Experience in a technical or manufacturing industry would be an advantage * Highly organised with a good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload * Experienced with Microsoft 365 and CRM software What we offer Munters is a global player who can offer interesting and challenging work.
