We're looking for an Operations Assistant to ensure our business operations scale as we can continue to grow, without the wheels falling off. The right candidate will be capable of carrying out the key responsibilities required today, and will have the ability to scale themselves and their responsibilities (with our support) as the company grows. Core Responsibilities * Manage and own the success of our media platform KPIs; including Podcasts, Portfolio Websites, Newsletters * Improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and scalability * Oversee daily operations through collaboration with the CEO, performing an array of administrative/operational tasks from managing calendars, planning and coordinating and project management, developing Podcast speaker schedule and managing IT * Build and manage scalable processes to ensure a seamless client experience * Oversee and deliver new strategic projects/initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of CEO * Coordinate and manage our HR and finance processes Experience Required : * 1-4 years of professional experience in a startup or professional services firm * Demonstrable experience developing new initiatives * Has managed multiple work-streams in a high-pressure environment * Intimately familiar with online tools like Google Docs and Sheets * Experience using CMS, such as Kajabi or MailChimp (bonus) Qualities Required * Perfect written and oral English * High attention to detail * Ability to multitask * A natural desire to keep things organised and optimised * Ability to work independently * Comfort using multiple tech platforms * A growth mindset Benefits * Join a high-growth (and profitable) startup from the beginning * Work with and be mentored by Dave, one of the leading CEO coaches globally * Learn more than you thought was possible * Salary and package commensurate with experience How to Apply If you're interested in this position, please email dave+ops@dave-bailey.com * CV / LinkedIn and a brief bio (up to 150 words) * Why are you interested in the role and what you'll bring to the team? * Your favourite online thought leader, and what you love about them Visit The Founder Coach
