Job Description
Our client is one of London's leading M&E Service Providers, it has an impressive client base particularly in the corporate sector. Due to continued growth it is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for new contract in the City of London. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping to mobilise a new corporate contract in the city. The building is a 5-floor modern commercial office block. It will be yours and your engineer's responsibility to manage your client's expectations and carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to their floors. The successful Maintenance Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have a proven engineering background, be self-sufficient, have strong client relationship building skills, team leadership skills, IT skills, prepare quotations and be able to get on with their role with minimum supervision. This role is 80% desk-based and 20% on the tools, this role will suit a current Maintenance Supervisor or a One-man site engineer looking for a step-up.
