Job Description
Maintenance Manager Bodmin 35K My client is a mid-size National FM and Maintenance company. They are currently seeking a maintenance manager to join an established team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance and management. Sector: Health Duties will include looking after the M&E and fabric on site, including managing a small team of engineers, looking after holidays, rota's, hours, helping with any issues that come up. Working with senior managers and reporting back to them. Making sure all general paperwork, kpi's, sla's are logged and met. Working with sub-contractors with RAMS, working with clients on a day to day basis, adhering to H&S, making sure the CAFM system is up to date, looking after budgets as well as general management duties. Hours are 8-4.30 Monday to Friday. Salary is 35K plus company benefits, training and development.
