Job Description

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Trades Supervisor to work for a housing provider based in London. This will be on 12-month fixed term contract paying £35,000 per annum. You will be required to supervise, motivate and guide the engineers and subcontractors to ensure an excellent delivery of the repairs and maintenance service. The successful candidate will have previous experience working for a main contractor. You will be required to: * Carry out pre and post inspections * Ensure that the operatives work within guidelines of the organisation * Ensure full compliance and health and safety requirements are followed * Work towards and meet pre-agreed KPI targets
