Overview

Construction Trades & Labour Senior Recruitment Consultant London City based, £30K base salary 15% Commission On Behalf of a Construction agency, based in Ipswich. They are expanding into London, as the fourth part of their expansion they are searching for someone to be the main part of this new office. You will be using the skills you have to market the brand of this company in the new location and introducing yourself to prospective companies and existing clients that are in your region. Joining an agency that was started by business partners from a Construction background, they built their business effectively through the contacts and reputation they had. Bringing in those with Recruitment experience to selectively manage each client’s requirements on both Trades & Labour and professional candidates. Steadily growing over the last 6 years’ with offices now in Ipswich, Stevenage and Leeds and a profitable turnover of £7M last year, with plans to expand into other areas over the next 4 years. Basic salary £30K, 15% commission on all billings. Realistic OTE £50-60K
