To continue our growth, we are creating opportunities for aspiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our London Victoria office. The teams within this office are home to some of the countries top billers, including IT, education, procurement and maintenance. Our trades and labour team are building up a lot of momentum currently and there are no end to the number of projects launching across our capital whether they are commercial or domestic. The business is there to win and we are looking for individuals to work collaboratively with our construction management team to deliver good workers to both established and new clients. It's a fantastic opportunity to balance time in the office with being out on site and your targets will reflect this. Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will become an expert, recruiting into one of our 20 specialisms. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising. You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.
