Job Description
Continental Shift Maintenance Electrician London City 42K My client is a leading M&E maintenance provider, they are currently seeking a shift maintenance electrician for a new contract in the City of London. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Commercial Office Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, starters, small lighting installations, sockets, floor boxes and data points, fire alarms test and emergency lighting, bms experience, riser inspections, checks on switch rooms, panels and fault finding back to fuse boards, checks on mechanical ahu's/fan coil units, escorting sub-contractors, helping others engineers on site and general paperwork. Hours are 7-7 based on a continental shift pattern. Salary is up to 42K, with company benefits, overtime, uniform and much more.
