The Role - Head of Sales Operations The Head of Sales Operations will work across the Sales and Marketing team to ensure excellence and efficiency in all of our internal operations, and enabling us to make data-informed decisions that will ultimately support our growth. The scope of this role includes ownership of; sales and marketing processes, business insights, and managing the existing technology infrastructure & tools, as well as identifying and onboarding appropriate new technology platforms. This is the first hire in this new department and we're looking for an individual to build out a team to support the next phase of our growth. This role requires exceptional analytical, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to focus and prioritise the most critical tasks to drive the business forward. The Unmind team is scaling, which means that sometimes our roles can be incredibly varied. However, some of the core parts of the Sales Operations role will be to: * Take ownership of the Sales and Marketing data strategy including analytics gathering and reporting. * Support management by recognising past trends and support in the forecasting of future targets. * Conceptualise and own the Sales and Marketing tech-stack including all infrastructure and supporting tools. * Proactively uncover and drive continuous improvements in operational processes and practices across the commercial team. * Develop data-informed business cases which drive initiatives that are tied to our commercial strategy. * Work with the wider Sales team to outline and define relevant sales territories, as well as providing the right training and sales enablement for new hires and existing team members. Skills and Experience We firmly believe that no-one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. So some of the role will be learning as you go, and we hope that's exactly what you are looking for. However, some experience in the following is important for the role: ESSENTIAL: * 5 years of experience in commercial / sales / marketing operations, with significant experience in the B2B software industry. * Track record of successfully deploying sales, marketing and analytics technology. * Proven experience working with individual contributors, management and leadership. * Articulate and direct communicator, both verbal and written- with the confidence to challenge the status quo. * Financial acumen including resource planning, budget management experience and operating plan development. DESIRED: * Experience in a start-up as well as a large corporate * Experience of building a commercial operations team * Passion for mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people's lives.
