Job Description
Our client is an industry leading FM service provider. They are seeking a maintenance electrician to work at a large residential care home site in Berkshire. As the maintenance electrician you will be responsible you will be joining a team of maintenance engineers, from different trade backgrounds. The maintenance electrician will need to have their Level 3 City and Guilds. NVQ, 18th Edition, alongside a proven track record of commercial maintenance. As the maintenance electrician you will carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the site's M&E kit, all communal areas and individual rooms. This will include: lighting, power, ballasts, emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, compliance, fabric duties, H&S, escorting and managing sub-contractors, overseeing PPM schedules, maintaining client relations, general paperwork. As the maintenance electrician you will be in regular contact with the client and their tenants, so the ability to maintain excellent relations is essential. · Monday - Friday · Up to £34,000 · Overtime · Pension · Company benefits · You will need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS clearance.
