Job Description

Smarts Programme Delivery Group runs all customer facing projects across the business both, internally and externally. Reporting to the Programme Director and as part of the wider Smart team, we are now looking to hire a manager to ensure that all projects and changes are run in a repeatable, standardised way. Main Responsibilities: * Define standards for project management. * Create and keep templates current. * Manage reporting process with Project Managers to include production of Weekly Dashboard. * Governance of Platform Change Control process. * PDG New starter management. * Responsible for keeping PDG documents up to date (team policies, org charts). * Implement all operational improvement recommendations for PDG. Requirements * Strong project management coordination skills. * A high level of accuracy is a must for this role - Ability to check and recheck all details. * Experience of building and maintaining information dashboards. * Strong Google Docs and MS Office skills. * Engaging - Able to help onboard new starters for the team. * Strong communication skills - both written and oral. * Experience of working in a regulated environment such as Banking, Insurance or Pensions.
