Commis Chef - Luxury 4 Star Hotel - Wetherby - £20,000+ Our Client: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Commis Chef to join this luxury 4 Star Hotel working within a fantastic team where you are able to grow and kick start your career. Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £20,000 plus service charge * Live-in accommodation for £50 per week, inclusive of bills * No more than 46 hours per week * 4 weeks holiday * Following completion of the company's 3-month probationary period access to a range of company benefits and discounts * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: The perfect candidate will have a real passion for the kitchen and this will be evident in your work on a daily basis. This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Commis Chef who has worked in a luxury hotel, gastro pub and or restaurant. Responsibilities: * Reporting to the senior Chefs, you will be a vital part of the brigade. * Work well within a brigade of up to 7 chefs. * You will be responsible assisting the CDPs/Demi CDPs. * As a Commis Chef you will be also assisting with the cleanliness of the kitchen.
