Chef de Partie - Award winning Hotel - 2 Rosette - £24,500 - Chichester, West Sussex Our Client: Are you looking to progress your career to the next level? If so, then keep reading... My client is one of the most iconic properties within the UK and they are looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie who would like to work within one of the best brigades in the industry. Salary & Benefits: * Salary £21,000 + £3500 tronc. * Live-in accommodation available at £300 per month. * After completion of your probation period, you will have the opportunity to several employee benefits * 4 weeks holiday * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: * You will have experience in luxury properties and be able to run a section confidently. * As a experienced Demi/Chef de Partie you will have fine dining experience. * Training new and junior staff will be a skill of yours as you will oversee a couple of chefs in your section. * A passion for the industry/kitchen is a must. * You will have the drive to progress through the kitchen and up the ranks.
