A Chef de Partie is required at a highly regarded hotel located in the Chichester region of West Sussex Role: Joining a team of eight chefs working in the kitchen of an award winning hotel this role of Chef de Partie will require you to create dishes from high quality, fresh ingredients.The hotel offers its guests the opportunity to dine in either the Brasserie or award winning fine dining restaurant.The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie with good all round cooking abilities who can bring strength to the kitchen and can be trusted to run their section to the high standards expected at the property. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying for this role should have been working in similar, award winning kitchens creating dishes to at least one AA Rosette standards.A chef seeking a role where they can continue to learn and progress their career would be ideal.
