You'll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Our team helps multinational companies design and implement international assignments and manage overall risk and associated costs. You'll be focusing on compliance issues related to immigration, employment tax, government regulations, traveller expenses and mobility policies. Your tasks You have mainly client facing (frontend) and some operational (backend) responsibilities Review of complex Swiss tax returns prepared by the system and sign off the standard tax returns prepared by the Tax Operators Hold arrival/departure/localization Swiss tax briefings with the assignees You are the tax expert in the team for all the tax questions, train the Tax Operators and reply to complex questions to the assignees Your profile You have 3-4 years of experience in Swiss individual tax with a Big 4, fiduciary or Geneva/Vaud tax authorities You have a very good written and verbal communication in French and in English You are client oriented, motivated and like working in a team Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
