Job Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Salford site for a HR Coordinator to join the busy HR Team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day HR administrative and first level advisory support to employees whilst contributing to the longterm development of the HR function and employee experience. Key duties include: Administration of HR System personnel records both directly and through contact with the HR Service Delivery team who are based in Leicester Manage issues relating to payroll, company benefits, absence management, time & attendance system and reporting requirements Assist in recruitment process in conjunction with HR Officer and Talent Acquisition Specialists Assist in facilitating smooth on boarding process, including welcome and administrative and prep for first day Support first stage disciplinary and grievance meetings Maintain and develop the personnel filing system in line with GDPR What You Need to Succeed CIPD Certificate in HR practice (Level 3) or considerable experience in a similar role Experience of dealing with Absence Management, Recruitment, Disciplinary/Grievance, Benefits & Rewards and HR KPIs Highly proficient IT skills/ computer literacy Ability to generate trust and establish effective working relationships quickly Our Offer to You Competitive salary Bonus Pension - Stakeholder Scheme Bike to work scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Flexi-time Scheme Excellent scope for progression About Mettler Toledo METTLER TOLEDO is a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services.
