This is a key role in helping to build a world-class in-house talent function. In order to do this, we will continue to improve our hiring and evolve our brand, finding new sources for hires and headhunting people. This is your chance to bring all of your innovative ideas to the table. About the Role: Given the high level growth globally, we are now looking to recruit a senior level recruitment & executive search specialist to help build and continue to develop our leadership teams. Partnering the Senior Management team across the brands, you will directly recruit for the best talent across a variety of marketing, ecommerce and sales roles, for all geographical locations (a focus on Head Office in the UK, with some requirements across Europe, US and Australia). You will join a team of 15 recruiters across THG who are tasked with ensuring continual business growth through people. Key responsibilities will include: * Senior level networking and relevant candidate mapping, identifying the best and most relevant talent to our business requirements * Directly approaching candidates on Linkedin and sourcing high quality candidates. Managing the full recruitment cycle. * Long term talent strategies - building pools of highly talented individuals for future opportunities * Selling The Hut Group to talent: either through a telephone interview or a face to face meeting, you are responsible for getting people excited about THG and being the face of the brand. * Creating amazing experiences: You will make sure that potential recruits are meeting the right interviewers and that we are ensuring that they are looked after at every stage of the process. * Constantly looking for creative sourcing strategies: You will find and work with innovative methods in talent attraction. * Being an ambassador for The Hut Group: Very often you'll be the first person that someone talks to from THG, so you need to be great at understanding their motivations and matching their motivations with the benefits of working here. * Representing The Hut Group: At events and building community. While this role will often be office based, you will be comfortable with attending conferences, career fairs, meetups, and working on pop-up marketing events. Requirements * A senior level operator with a proven track record within an agency or in-house environment * Track record of recruiting and headhunting senior level roles, ideally within an ecommerce or retail environment * Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group * Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management Benefits * Competitive salary * Onsite Doctor * Employee discounts * Company bonus scheme * Company pension scheme
