Overview

Currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter, with IT Recruitment Experience for a leading Tech business with global presence. We are looking for an in-house Recruiter to join our busy recruitment team based in Centrl Manchester. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a varied range of vacancies and central services positions. This is a busy role, with an emphasis on direct sourcing of candidates and also agency management. You will be fully involved in the whole recruitment process including phone, competency based and face-to-face interviews, providing support and advice to managers throughout. In addition, you will track recruitment spend and complete monthly recruitment metrics. The successful candidate will have: •Previous recruitment experience is ideal (IT / Software Engineering ) We will also consider very strong perm agency recruiters with excellent Account Management & Stake Holder Management experience who are looking to make the move in house from a related sector. •Professional and mature approach with strong communication skills • Experience of interviewing via phone and face-to-face, using competency-based questions •Experience of providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process •Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable) and other direct sourcing methods, Job boards etc For more information about the role, please send your cv for an immediate response, or contact Simon directly
