Experienced IT recruiter- NO cap, NO threshold, up to 40% comms We are looking for a fully developed, highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the centre of Manchester. You will have complete control over how you develop your desk- no micromanagement This is a privately-owned business with a non-corporate feel, no unnecessary KPI's and a collaborative approach. The Package: Basic salary between £21.500-£30.000 pa CLEAR cumulative commission structure from starting at 15% going all the way to 40% No restrictions on geography or specialism.
