Chef de Partie - Gastro Pub - Beaconsfield - up to £28,000 package Our Client: A modern and independent Gastro Pub in Beaconsfield is looking for a professional and faithful Chef de Partie to join their highly dedicated team. As well as working alongside a highly experienced head chef, you will gain valuable knowledge with using seasonal fresh foods and more. Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £20,000 plus service charge of between £5500-£8000 approx * £200 per month, live in accommodation available * 4 weeks holiday * Following completion of the company's 3-month probationary period access to a range of company benefits and discounts * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: * This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie that has expert knowledge within Gastro style pubs and that has a keen and innovative attitude towards delivering excellent food standards. * You will be asked to create and design a plethora of dishes using seasonal fresh ingredients, from several award-winning suppliers. * You will also have the pleasure of working alongside an incredibly friendly and professional kitchen brigade that for a number of years has been awarded the Bib Gourmand award. * If you are not from the local or surrounding area, there is very affordable live in accommodation available at £200 per month. * The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering the very best food. Responsibilities: * Working within a close-knit team that are supportive of each other and are always on hand to help each other out. * Reporting to the Head chef, you will be a vital part of the brigade. * You will be responsible for your own section and when needed helping your peers with their sections.
