Job Description
Marketing Lead at Converge London, UK We are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to run all of our marketing efforts. You will be building the Converge brand, both within the construction industry, and the tech community. You will be playing a key role in helping Converge grow revenue and you will be working with our CEO (until we hire our VP Commercial) on a daily basis, and working closely with the business development, customer experience, sales and product teams to set the companys overall communications and marketing strategy. You will take a data driven approach to B2B marketing, but also be creative when it comes to building and communicating our brand. Key responsibilities * Ownership of automated campaigns to market the Converge brand within the construction industry, attracting prospective leads and nurturing existing customers * Understand and experiment with online and offline marketing channels to develop a highly analytical understanding of each channels ROI * Create, adapt and interpret design/brand guidelines and translate them into designs * Responsible for product and content marketing, making sure all our new and existing content is up to brand standard * Build our brand within the tech community, which will be critical for us to attract the best talent as we double the size of our team * Own PR & Comms, working with national and industry-specific publications and journalists on a weekly basis * And anything else that interests you and makes sense for the business (we're happy to push boundaries) About you! * You have 5+ years experience in a Marketing role within the technology and/or construction sectors (preferably B2B, but will also consider B2C) * You have used and have a good understanding of the modern marketing tech stack (including experience of inbound marketing tools such as Hubspot) * Proficiency designing in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and WordPress * Strong knowledge of print design, pre-press and commercial print processes * You should be keeping up to date with the latest B2B marketing strategies * You are very creative and are able to generate delightful content which fits our brand identity Benefits Learn more about our team, benefits and perks on our website!
