Job Description
**Overview of SRS** Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) is a private-side team which is part of the Markets division. The EMEA team within SRS is a highly successful team focusing on providing FIG (Banks, insurers, pensions) and corporate clients with solutions to optimize their balance sheet. The team works closely with Banking partners and all the Sales, Structuring and Trading teams within Markets, and its remit spans hedging, investment solutions, balance sheet deleveraging, capital optimization etc. **Job description** The SRS EMEA team is looking for a dynamic and motivated associate/VP to support its senior team covering banks, insurance companies and pension funds across EMEA. The role involves working with Sales, Structuring and Trading to help produce high quality analysis and presentations and to execute transactions in the field of bank & insurance solutions (capital efficiency, funding, hedging, investment solutions). The successful candidate can expect to be involved at all stages of a wide array of transactions, from pitching, development of solutions and execution. SRS works in combinations with all structuring desks within Markets as well as with our banking partners. **Skills** Key required skills for the position are: - Strong work ethics and attention to details - Intellectual curiosity - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines - Good communication / pitching skills - Candidates with a quantitative background and/or knowledge of derivatives are preferred - Knowledge of another European language (beyond English) is a bonus ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type :Full time ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
