We are currently searching for top talent to work as 12 months maternity cover in our People team starting in June. Our goal is to find entrepreneurial people who share our passion for growth and have demonstrated their ambition through interesting and demanding professional roles and education. Key Accountabilities Meeting the Business Need: * Support ZX Employees across countries in Europe (Mainly United Kingdom) within the Retail on Trade and Merchandising divisions in ZX Ventures * Build successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders * Ensure ability to respond in a timely way to people demands * Establish a good understanding of the business environment across Europe * Undertake specific project work as required * Manage and run the full 360 people cycle process for all teams in scope * Support and implement the Retail On Trade Bars and Retail stakeholders with their people strategy. * Manage and run the full Learning & development and training programme for the retail on trade sector. Line management support: * Provide day to day support to line managers in line with agreed levels and standards required * Provide advice and support on all employee relations matters as appropriate and application of People * policies (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, etc) * Maintain up to date knowledge of the legislative framework Systems, Process & Reporting: * Management of master data process with People Services * Creation of standard dashboard reporting and adhoc reporting related to People KPIs * Create ad hoc reports required by ZxV Global People / ZxV People Manager Europe Training: * Co-ordinate delivery and attendance of training workshops for the retail on trade teams * Facilitate, co-facilitate and support delivery of training workshops, on a range of subjects, and other Talent & Development initiatives * Manage training to groups on people processes e.g. People cycle, OPR, Engagement * Build and manage the implementation of personalized training plans for all employees working closely with the leadership team * Organise key external and internal trainings * Manage induction & on-boarding process for new employees Engagement: * Organizing engagement activities * Support annual engagement survey administration Management of employees: * Management of administration processes for new starters, leavers and all internal changes for the Retail on Trade staff as well as the Central ZX Team members. * Management of administration of consultations and redundancy processes * Facilitate effective implementation of new People initiatives in designated areas as appropriate * Provision of advice to managers on medical absence / absence history Recruitment & mobility: * Support during initial vacancy briefings and participate with first round interviews to support the Talent Attraction Manager when needed * Invoicing follow up, approval and PO raising * Support in mobility movements within company moves Sound interesting to you? You have a hands-on attitude with an eye for detail, and will always look for ways to overcome any challenge. * You have strong initiative. You are fluent in English and preferably able to communicate in at least one other European language. * A university degree and desirable to have CIPD certification or CIPD studies in progress * Prior experience in HR working as an administrator, officer or advisor, ideally in a start-up environment. * A self initiator and team player who can work autonomously as well as individually * Interest in our industry and its evolution.
