Job Requirements: * Providing general transactional and legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of customer and other commercial contracts * Dealing with data protection, intellectual property, corporate governance and disputes * Drafting bespoke legal communications for the wider business and taking ownership of ad hoc legal matters when required * Preparing complex and bespoke drafting and advising in relation to the preparation of legal communications across the wider-Beamery team. Qualifications * Qualified in the UK or other common-law jurisdiction, with at least 2 years' PQE * Sound experience with technology contracts (including SaaS) * Negotiation and drafting experience of a range of commercial contracts * Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can 'think outside of the box', as well as 'think on their feet' Are we a match? You're an accountable and reliable self-starter who takes the lead and doesn't rest until the job is done. You're comfortable dealing with clients, external third parties and senior management, managing files, preparing external communications and contributing to advice across the various ad hoc matters that arise on a daily basis within a technology company. You want to be challenged and given the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent organizational and commercial skills. You build constructive relationships with senior management, colleagues and external counsel to progress and close out your matters efficiently while protecting the company and mitigating risk.
