THG Security are seeking an exceptional Senior Security and Loss Prevention manager to lead their warehouse security team. You will be responsible for the management of security across multiple sites including fulfilment, manufacturing and air cargo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of security policies, programmes and resources across the estate. This role is heavily focussed on Loss Prevention and previous experience is an absolute must. Responsibilities * Develop, implement and maintain global strategies and policies to mitigate risk to THG. * Conduct investigations into identified areas of variances, loss and ensuring a detailed route cause analysis is completed to drive continual improvement. * Provide leadership and guidance to a geographically separated team ensuring a consistent approach to Security and LP is maintained across each site. * Raise awareness of Loss Prevention throughout the operational estate by implementing a Shrink School initiative. * Build key relationships across all areas of the business, specifically Finance, Fraud, Audit and Operations. * In conjunction with the audit team develop and implement comprehensive Loss prevention audits to be used across the estate. * Provide input and recommendations to site leads on how to reduce security and loss risks. * Establish and use risk assessments to prioritise risks and resource. Requirements * Experience in security and loss prevention within the supply chain. * Relevant qualification in Security and Risk management, such CSMP or ASIS CPP. * Analytical, statistical and numeracy skills with attention to detail. * Collaborative approach. * Exceptional planning and organisational skills. * Ability to influence senior managers.
