Job Description

My client are a tier 1 major projects contractor that specialise working on projects in excess of £500million in value. They require a Facades Package Manager to work on an iconic project in Central London. The ideal candidate would come from either a specialist unitised contractor and/or another tier 1/2 contractor. Duties and responsibilities include: Full responsibility for multiple bespoke facade packages Responsibility for internal design resources and liaising closely with various manufactures Procurement of all facade related packages and help drive installation programmes Liaising and managing other Construction and Commercial Managers that are help drive the facade programme Managing the scope work package and assisting in developing strategic package programme Maintaining the health and safety of various packages Maintaining close relationships with clients, designers, consultants and specialist contractors Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £95k plus package for the right individual.
