HR Business Partner - Investment Banking & Capital Markets (Vice President)

Job Description
* A department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm's D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global Conduct and Ethics Standards. * The chance to build strong working relationships with executive level clients, provide HR perspectives on business strategies, broker potential solutions between HR SME areas and the business as required, challenge the status quo, create new insights and drive HR-related projects * The opportunity to take formal and informal leadership to bring solutions to the clients * The role as a HR Business Partner (BP) developing HR programs and strategy for the client group combining business strategy insights with HR analytics and the banks' HR strategy * Independent HR professional, advising and guiding line managers in all critical and risk-related HR related matters and applying expert knowledge of HR programs, policies and practices (incl. CE standards) * Be a facilitator of change management (e.g. organizational, cultural, behavioral, etc.) including implementation support for reorganizations: Oversees change and ensures sustainability, coordinates and guides execution of reorganizations * The responsibility to guide and advise the management team on the targeted, compliant implementation of HR processes with a clear focus on delivering the HR strategy * To support, coach and advise your client group on leadership and critical individual HR cases through demonstrating the various HR SMEs Open to discussing flexible/agile working. * Extensive relevant professional experience in HR and strategy related functions of larger organizations preferably in financial services * Ability to develop and shape a strategic HR agenda based on the relevant business as well as HR strategy and drive it with a positive business impact * Strong eye for business along with ability to deal with and overcome resistance * A track record in successful change management in larger organizations * Detailed knowledge and experience of HR standard methodologies in different fields such as performance management, recruitment, compensation, policy/procedure development, organizational design, training and development or centers of excellence * Positive relationship building and advising skills to influence and challenge as necessary * Ability to informally lead others in order to optimally work across organizational and regional boundaries and to succeed in a highly matrixed global organization * Executive level communication skills (oral and written) as well as the capability to communicate to a variety of partners * Proven ability to challenge the status quo and give mentorship in terms of governance * High integrity; able to manage sensitive issues with the necessary judgement * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Hardworking, result oriented individual with outstanding communication skills * Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
